§ 371.20. What are the application procedures for this program?

(a)In the development of an application, the applicant is required to consult with the designated State unit
(DSU)for the state vocational rehabilitation program in the State or States in which vocational rehabilitation services are to be provided.
(b)The procedures for the review and comment by the DSU or the DSUs of the State or States in which vocational rehabilitation services are to be provided on applications submitted from within the State that the DSU or DSUs serve are in 34 CFR 75.155-75.159. (Authority: Sections 12(c) and 121(b)(1)(C) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended; 29 U.S.C. 709(c) and 741(b)(1)(C))
